My son (Sibusiso Malete) opened an account witn Markham. They called me for concent as he was 18 and still at school. He went to buy a phone Nov 2011 and they gave him airtime from ONE2ONE without my concent. I discovered that ONE2ONE took my number as well and contracted it without my knowledge. The account went into arrears, I went to the shop to enquire cause my phone was softlocked. Eventually I decided to pay off all the balance and close the account. The account is closed but ONE2ONE does not want to cancel the contract. I have gone to Markham more than 10 times each time we go they promise to open my phone todate my cell is still blocked.
I am asking for help as this has been going on for 2 years now. I am tied of calling ONE2ONE and would appreciate your assistance in this regard. Account # 0012010001000156241

I am considering legal action as this is a violation of my rights, how can they block my phone without my concent and more over they are taking advantage of students who open accounts, Foschini group must be help accountable as they have contracted ONE3ONE
