Two weeks ago, my airtime on my phone was taken off, about R200. I went into the store and asked what had happened to it, as in the last 15 months I have never run out of airtime on my phone.
The consultants sent a message to see if I had subscribed to anything and we had a reply the next day saying, " No the customer has not subscribed to anything." OK so now where has the airtime gone? I have BIS, so the internet is free and when I am at home I am on wifi, I have never finished my airtime in 15 months so where has it gone? We will send a reply and get back to you I was told... and I am still waiting too this day.
Today (17/03/2013) my airtime was loaded on my phone and already 10c has been taken off, I haven't even used my phone at all today???
So I called the branch and they said they will send another email and when they get a reply they will call me...
CLEARLY I have to wait until all my airtime has gone again and I as the customer has to sort this out as they have no idea what customer satisfaction is!
This is the worst service I have ever had in my life from one company! absolutely pathetic and they need to do something about this!!!
