Normally when you sign up with these contract companies you expect no hassles however that is not the case with One2one. Yes the airtime is cheaper but is it really worth all the hassle. I lost my sim card n I had to do a sim swap I could have walked to any MTN n paid R6 and got my sim card but I had to pay R109 and wait 3 days before my line was activated! My mom who I also signed up on One2one blocked her simcard in this case I could have called 173 and got her puk no there n then 2minutes but guess what with one2one it doesn't work that way I had to call them using airtime and request a puk no which took them the whole week to send to me and my mother had to be without a phone for a week! Now you tell me is this really worth it??? Am even scared to cancel it coz I don't know how long that will take and I need my line to be open!
