Poor MARKHAM One2One business services!

I have been a loyal Markham's 15 years and was offered the services of ONE2ONE via my Markham's a/c.
Was not explained the impact of this services to my mobile network and my business cell contact was disconnected due to R43.00 outstanding on my Markham's account. My account is currently in order and way up to date, it's the 6th day my business cell contact is not active. Another customer was in the Markham's store with same issues, wonder how many more loyal customers are with same problem.
I call One2One they say its Markham that is at fault, call Markham's call centre and I am put back to One2One, pillar to post syndrome!
This is really unacceptable and want this One2One services cancelled with immediate effect.
Very disappointed and unhappy customer. Will also consider closing my Markham's account!!!
