My Father passed away 6/6/2013 and I have been dealing with his matters on my mothers behalf. I sent an online customer support query to Vodacom asking how we are to deal with the cellphone, 3G contracts which he had in place, before I hand the matter over to the executor of the will. I explained the situation etc. It has been more than a month and no one has bothered to even acknowledge receipt of the online enquire let alone respond. In the interim a grieving widow has to concern herself with paying for contract which aren't even hers from a cellular company with the hllarious slogan "For you". It's disgusting how callous and greedy these ppl can be
