Bad customer service

I applied for a data contract more than a month ago on your online site. 2 weeks later I still haven't received any response from Vodacom. I sent a query, where a consultant contacted me back, stating that they could not pick up my application and a sales agent would contact me back. I have received 2 sms's, dating 22/08/2013 and 29/08/2013 stating that they are working on my query. To date, no one has contacted me back. This is very disappointing, as you advertise on television that your service is the best and yet you cant deliver on your customer experience.
