I was applying online with Vodacom an additional I was shocked because I spoke to xolani and he seemed clueless about Vodacom special and spoken to Charmaine she doubted me as and decline my application she said I don't the criteria and she failed to tell me what criteria I didn't meet because I am existing customer and I don't think affordability will be a problem. I think they only problem is they as unsure if dealing with client online by they say they do application online or help you online (chatting on Vodacom website, it better to close because I are afraid as they dealing with which if consultant can't able to confirm they can verify by calling the client directly.
