Wow what can i say they did me a "Favour"

My blackberry went in to get fixed under Warranty. The screen stopped working went blank and my ear pieace was very low .i got a the phone back "repaired" nothing was done i had to send it back agian i finally got it back with the scrren working and ear piece better .i put my memory card back in and i can not see the memory card so i tried another one with the same result. I then phoned up the repair centre in Durban where my phone was "fixed" an told the supervisor who in turn told me its not there problem they will charge me to fix it because they did me a favour for fixing the last problem i feel this is wrong they may have left a wire out that not connected or somthing. It was working before it went in wow this is not great service at all.
