Hi
I have tried contacting the Fault line (10210) and the phone options are of no help. I spoke to a operator which just tells me I must phone 10210, I phoned Uitenhage Telkom direct store and they took down my details, but no response since 2nd July 2013.
A branch has fallen on the line and snapped it off. The line is not active but its laying in my back yard. I only moved in a month ago and would like a technician to come out and repair it.
Can you please send some one to repair this line???
