My Blackberry's internal memory failed, apps were crashing and the signal was dropping. I tried upgrading the phone to see if that fixed the problem however the upgrade also failed.

I booked my phone in at the Vodacom Care centre in Gateway, Durban at around 9:30am, job no: 8487515.
At 3pm I was very impressed when I received an SMS saying the phone was ready for collection. I drove all the way back to Vodacom to pick up my phone.

Upon powering my phone the first thing I got was an error message.
I then checked the internal memory and it was still not working.

I then booked the phone in again, job no: 8490683.
When I questioned the service adviser as to why my phone was not fixed, she told me that the engineer said that he upgraded the phone and that it "usually" fixes the problem.

The engineer was obviously not bothered enough to investigate the problem thoroughly. Furthermore it is an absolute waste of my time and money for me to test the phone for your engineer!
