Blackberry phones not up to standard

I bought a Blackberry Torch in December 2012 for my partner for Christmas. My fifth Blackberry purchase so far. The second day we had the phone, it refused to play any sound. No ringtone, no voice note, no message tone whatsoever. I took the phone back to Vodacom and the immediately replaced the phone with no hassles. To my surprise 2 months later we had to send the phone back for the same problem. The phone came back "repaired". The same day the phone did exactly the same with a busted earpiece...? Sent the phone back again. Two weeks later I received my "new" phone as promised... I have now had the phone for 4 days, guess what with the exact same problem, and the funny thing is they advised me that it might be my memory card, but I have not even inserted the memory card since the phone came back. I am very disappointed in Blackberry, I will in my life never purchase another. Very very poor service and comeback from Blackberry.
