Thanks to Willem and Patrick at The Grove, this problem is now solved. When u get the MacBook Pro package with MTN, make sure the model 3131 modem is connecting to the laptop BEFORE u leave the shop!! This is a general problem. MTN must download a driver for that modem on the Mac and install it first thing!!
