I ordered a Macbook Pro as a upgrade on one of my contracts on Friday 22 November. I was told that it will take 4 to 5 business days to arrive.
On Friday 29 November I called to enquire about the status of my order only to be told that it is not on its way yet as MTN is out of stock. I was told that they would find out when stock will be available and let me know later in the day.
On Monday 2 December I called back to find out when the stock will be in as I got no call back with the information. I was told again that they will follow up and let me know.
On Tuesday 3 December I was contacted and told that the stock is now available in their warehouse and that it has been dispatched and will be here by Friday 6 December and that I will receive a call as soon as it is in.
It is now Monday 9 December and I called the shop again. Was told that they don't know and will have to follow up with the courier company and get back to me within 30 minute. 2 hours later still nothing!
It has been almost 3 weeks! This is also not the first time I have had a problem like this with this store. How can they know nothing and never get back to me?
