I've been a happy client of FNB's for a while but recently they have started to let me down... I ordered a MacBook from FNB last year around mid-December. Firstly I didn't receive any feedback. After about 3 weeks I decided to enquire and I was told that the delivery company would call me... it's been 2 weeks since then and still nothing. I've sent emails in vain. I'm usually quite a patient person but in this case I have a friend who ordered a MacBook as well, in January about 2 weeks ago, and he's already gotten contacted by the delivery company... so do tell me, what does it take to get a MacBook delivered?
