I ordered a MacBook Pro on 3 December 2013! I still have not received my MacBook! I have experienced the worst service ever!
It has been almost 2 MONTHS since I ordered it! The feedback has beet really poor! I have tried phoning the call centre multiple times to speak to an agent regarding my order, but wait on the line for 20-30 minutes without answer!
I have complained on the fnb website, but it is almost as if nobody is paying much attention to complaints and following through to resolve them!
Very disappointing!
