I would like to complain about false information given to me when i took out and account with MTN - Century City, i took out a contract for a Samsung glaxy tab i wanted to put a bar on the account but i was told that when my data runs up it will cut out (no more internet) so i need not do that. From the begining i have been recieving the correct amount on my statement. then this month JULY i recieved a bill of a ridiculous amount and my internet is cut off. i would like an explanation as to why my bill is so high this month according to your staff my internet access suppose to cut out when my data is done which it is right now. I have tried contacting your call centre but they cannot explain this to me. i would appreciate it if someone would contact and explain this to me.
