After a never ending run around by the unaccountable accounts departments and massive grey areas in data charges... and paying more than R7000 to resolve this stress and end the problems from having our lines cut off... We paid what we agreed, on time by close of business on the same day as the settlement amount was given. A new month and a new amount that magically is yet again not what was agreed... No phone call, but the charming threats that if we do not pay another R2106... we'll be disconnected for a new bill over and above what our line subscriptions are. One consultant was professional and honest.. The rest simply dodge any straight answers and than forward you a new bill that they won't justify. A settlement amount is a settlement to bring the matter to a close..yet you are expected to make never ending payments for reconnectioms when there more than a justified reason for Vodacom to take ownership of charges done incorrectly. I couldn't contact important people trying to reach me for employment offers. You truly are nothing more than a cash cow to be milked by a company with no ethical approach whatsoever.
