Rude/immature call centre agents

I received 3 calls yesterday (15/07/2013) regarding a contract I qualify for.
First call: no one talked
Second call: I advised the lady I am not interested.
Third call at 16:49 : The guy just went off about the contract, I advised him they called me earlier and I advised them I do not want the contract and they shouldn't call me again.
Fourth call at 16:51 : My wife answered and he was very rude with her and swore at her to tell me not to be so rude?
WHAT THE K?
NO ONE SPEAKS TO MY WIFE LIKE THAT.
If I receive a call again from ANYONE at this sorry excuse for a company, I will open a case of harassment., this is not acceptable. Maybe management should take some time and teach the call centre agents about customer service.
