Inexplained hefty internet bills

Vodacom keeps on charging me hefty internet/data bills, but fails to show me where it was spend and how. I have queried it numerous times and they keep refering me to my monthly statement, which also does not shpw the details of where said data was used. I have also even blocked my internet or data usage on my phone so that no internet access will be granted, yet I still get a bill of R1970 for internet usage? Can anyone explain this in intricate detail??? I want details as to where and what was downloaded? Otherwise I will pursue a case against vodacom for unlawful deductions since they can"t even explain them. Me and my business will also be moving our cellphone business somewhere else.
