NO FEEDBACK FOR 3 WEEKS!

I phoned Vodacom 3 weeks ago regarding my account and someone was suppose to phone me back within 24 - 48 hours and I have not received any calls. I phoned again beginning of last week and the call center agent also said that someone will phone me back regarding payment arrangement for my next account as I had trouble with my previous ridiculous high account! To date... no one has called me!!! 0822920939
