I am on a contract with Cell C. To date I have never received statements via email or post at all and it is now time to submit my tax returns. I need proof to show SARS that I pay a monthly fee for my cellphone contract. I called Cell C customer service to request as to why I have not been receiving my statements. The consultant tells me that this contract does not include itemised billing and if I want it I must pay an extra R21 per month. Firstly, its merely a statement not "itemised" its a set rate pm. In the 10 yrs with Cell C, I have never had to pay for statements, and according to the consultant on the phone call, the sales lady should have offered me the option, which I don't recall at all. Now how am I supposed to declare my expenses on Cell C with no proof. Really not impressed! Ref for call: 1307150000066604
