Vodacom
Faulty handset software... again

I am at wits end here.

Lets re-cap: I upgraded to a BB Z10 (11 June 2013) within a couple of days I had a data bill of R1700 - which has already been paid. I queried it as my data was turned off and this phone was still downloading heaps of data, at times over 100 connections a day. Vodacom confirmed that there was a software fault on the handset and they gave me a brand new BB Z10 (albeit, not a LTE like I previously had - R20 difference/month there)
In the meantime I tried to get hold of their corporate accounts department. getting hold of Bill Gates is easy compared to this task.
I phoned the following 082 1940, 082 1946, 011-653 5000, 011 - 546 4095, [Email Removed] [Email Removed] . 082 1946 asks for your cell number, once keyed in the line goes dead. They passed me on from one call centre to the next, to such an extent, when they said they'd transfer me to another person - guess what, I already knew there names as I had spoken to them already.
So today: my new phone recieved 11 July 2013 is doing the exact same thing as before!!
So I ask what now?
Vodacom must refund R1700 for June and R400 for July, take back this excuse of a phone.
