Being Ripped off by Vodacom

On the 21st September 2013 I went over my data even though its capped to R 50. The bill is now over R 340 and was told that the connection did not close. The irony is that the signal dropped over three times while downloading the Apple software and the software is over 750 meg per download. my question ois why should I be billed for the dropped line???

When contacting the data call centre on that same evening I asked for another 500 meg of data to which I was told it would take between 1 to 4 hours to activate. from that evening my modem and ipad was switched off and on the 22nd September the 500meg was gone but I was billed for it. I queried it and no one could explain what happen to it. I was then advised its being transferred to advanced centre!!! well its now 9 days and I have not received a call from Vodacom even though I have 4 contracts with them totally over R 1700 per month... they just don't care about my issue... I advised them to please contact me on the primary cell no as that data card is off and cant view sms... well no one is interested in responding...

PLEASE DONT USE VODACOM DATA BUNDLES AS ITS A RIOPP OFF VERSUS OTHER NETWORK OPERATORS!!!
