All I want to do is dispute my data bill for December.
I have been put through to 7 different people! How can you be such a huge company and yet I cant simply phone and make a data dispute?
How is it possible that I have used 1Gig of data from 1-6 December?? If you look at my history you will see I have two data contracts One of 2Gig and one of 1 Gig and I have carry-over each month.
