Opened a Cell C contract on Monday 1 July with the Samsung S4. On thursday the phone stopped reading the sim. The phone was taken back on the friday 5th July. Today is the 15th. Not one person from Cell C has had the decency to contact me despite my phone calls requesting an update. In terms of the agreement by Cell C, I should have had a replacement within 7 Days... Its now been 10 Days and I havent even had a call from them. Very disappointed in the service I have received!!!
