I upgraded one of my Vodacom Contracts to a 1GB Data Package mnth end April; however when I received my 1st Bill it had not been processed so I was billed on a everyday peak 120 account, was also billed for the handset?? Spoke to Michelle Moreira & was told I'd be refunded for the Data usage & the handset fee - even got a letter stating they owed me the money and it would be refunded! I then get a call from Mary, the sales person that processed my upgrade, to tell me she had to pay the money directly back to me & I must please understand she can only pay 1/2 this mnth & the balance next mnth - even received an email from Michelle this morning confirming the pmnt arrangement which I must understand! My June bill I've been charged caller ID on a Data Package & twice for itemised billing coz they had to verify the data used - not my problem which I emailed to Michelle but no surprise no feedback on this either
My Debit Orders have gone through so I've paid for an error made by Vodacom; but now I've got to wait for my refund and I must just understand!!!
My contract is with Vodacom so why do I have to deal with my refund from the sales person?
