I would like to be released from my Wifi contract with MTN due to poor reception and over loading of the systems. During the weekend I have no problem with the Wifi but during the week I have to continunally reboot. Clearly this is a case of MTN overloading the system. Since I need the wifi for running my business, the poor connection is unacceptable. When one enters into a contract, the agreement is two way. I pay... MTN delivers. All previous complaints about MTN result in the same answer... apologies etc but absolutely no action. Should I not receive a proper response, I will lay a complaint with the Consumer Board.
