At what point in time is there going to be any real follow up from MTN regarding complaints? Every time I receive the same "pat" answer with no results.
Complaint 1: Dropped calls on an on going basis
Complaint 2: Despite repeated assurances from the Sandton City staff that the Data contracts I took out for my 3 sons would not exceed the monthly cost, I have been billed extraordinary amounts. Now it turns out that the staff member (or was just plain incompetent) and I am being billed for excess data.
Complaint 3: I took out a Wifi contract with a view to the whole process being more fluid and convenient. Well, instead I have to repeatedly reconnect via Internet Explorer due to the Wifi going down.
At what point must I make my complaints a legal issue and to what government body can one address these issues with? DON'T SEND ME THE USUAL PAT ANSWERS!!! I WANT MEANINGFUL RESULTS THIS TIME!!!
