On 17 th April 2013 I took my Wifi system to Telkom Woodlands to have it tested. I was informed that it could not be tested on the premises and had to be sent away, to witch I agreed. At the same time I was informed by eighta that the Wifi was maybe not the problem and that I should rather do a sim swop. After the sim swop I had no more problems with my internet. I requested to have my Wifi back only to be informed that it was not working and I had to pay R 180 before I could have it back.
I was never informed and I never agreed to this condition. On the document I received the condition of my Wifi was stated as " good" and now all of a sudden it is broken.
I have since made six visits to the store only to be informed that " the manager is unavailable". My request to be contacted by the manager has so far been ignored. Despite having to pay my contract monthly so far this year I have been unable to have proper internet as promised by eighta and Telkom.
