When I signed up for a one month membership at the gym, the membership consultant Grace told me that there will be free wifi available as soon as my membership is paid for and activated. I was unable to log onto the wifi for the whole week. Asking the reception staff, Felicia on the first day and the reply was "it will be okay tomorrow". The next day I asked 2 other reception staff, Amanda and Cara who told me it will be okay in another 24 hours (with full confidence) and told me that Felicia was not the correct person to ask. On the 3rd day (Friday), another set of reception staff got the fitness trainer to help but it did not get any where. It was referred to Grace again, who told me she will make sure it will be settled on Saturday. I gave her until Monday and found that I still could not log on to wifi at the gym. I called the call centre and the teller advised me that my one month membership is not eligible for wifi. I spoke with the manager, Fatimah who refused to help and say while wifi is free, IT cannot activate the wifi. Grace later say she is new and does not know about it.
