I am highly disgusted in MTN with their support. I have a Wifi contract in the East rand Area but my modem and download speed is very slow for more than 2 weeks, I approached the Nigel branch and they said its an upgrade on the towers, I also phoned SP but they said its normal...
Why do I have this contract if I cant use it for what they promised me. I have personal and business related work that I need to complete via Internet connection and this is very poor.
How can I get an actual valuable answer too the reason for my poor signal and data speed??? I pay for the service and expect it to be available as promised
