After numerous calls and replacement of the WiFi device, I still have little to no WiFi service!!! I pay R300 plus a month for "unlimited" WiFi, this is actually 3 Gigs throttled there after. I can never just go online to work, I am continually having to "re-boot" the unit. At MTN's repair centre in Midrand I encountered another client with the same problem. They were kind enough to replace the unit for a new one but the lack of service remained. I have tried phoning for MTN to check the reception but I was told the cables had been from the tower in my area and should be up and running in two weeks. That was in April and it is beyond a joke now!!!
