Totally mislead

On my first bill, I was billed for stuff that my signed quote clearly stated would be free. I signed up for a 10 gig day and a 10 gig night surfer? But these clowns loaded y account with some 15 gig recurring story. That's not what I signed for!!! The best part is that I run out of data in the first ten days of the month.. I use my computer in the same manner every month. I had telkom adsl with an 8 gig package and never ran out of data in three years. How it it possible to use up 15 gigs in 10 days.. I am the only user and my modem stays locked. A gig is a gig it can't be measured differently so how is it possible to use up my cap which has more data than I previously had which I could never finish when I had adsl.i have spent endless calls with the call center with no success. No calls back and my billing story has not been resolved. You ask to speak to team leader and they will never put you through. It's like the call center guys will first listen tell the team leader what the prob is and then tell them to take the details saying they'll call back but no one does. I have recorded conversations so I have proof!!!
