Unhappy with upgrade of cell contract

In the first week of December i upgraded my existing cellphone contract with Vodashop. I was on a top-up 135 contract that included free BIS. I subsequently informed them my intention was for the special they had at the time which was with a new Blackberry 9320 with R99-00 top-up airtime and BIS included. The gentlemen from Vodashop informed me that i will be downgrading (with regards to top-up airtime), i enquired from him what the difference would be if i renewed the contract but and remained with the top-up R135 option. He gave me a price which was slightly more than the current special (R159 pm), i agreed and proceeded with the upgrade. He failed to inform me that the BIS would not be included in that contract, i assumed it would be included especially as it costs more that the special they had. I subsequently received a SMS later in the month stating that my BIS service would be coming to an end. I subsequently contact the Vodashop and explained my dillema, i received an appology and was told that nothing could be done as the contract was already signed and processed. I am utterly disaapointed and was misinformed by the representative from Vodashop.
