Good day
I bought two of the above mentioned telephones from the vodashop in Hartbeespoort (Village mall)
tel: 012 2530820.
Paid cash for it.
The one phone works perfect, but the other one is giving problems:
The phone is now 2 (two) days old and I am sending it back to the Vodashop
1. Occasionally the phone does not receive any calls. Only receive the Missed call messages from 121 (The phone is switch on at that stage)

2. Occasionally the phone does not want to phone out

When the above happen, I switch the phone off and on again- thereafter I can make and receive calls. This needed to be done at least every two hours. It is not a signal problem, as the Vodacom tower is opposite my house/work.

3. The battery last only a half day (all wireless and internet are switch off)

I phoned the store manager, and according to her the phone needs to go in for repairs. I request with this mail a full refund as this phone is only 2 days old. If I do not get satisfied response I have no other option as to log a complaint with the ombudsman.
