Cell C
At what point is enough, enough?

Good day Mr Kevin

I really apologize on behalf of Cell C for the inconvenience caused.

To resolve this matter I am offering:
1. Free subscription for next month R249... 2, 3, 4.

Regards
Masesi Tshabalala
Cell C Representative

The above apology will never repay the damage I have undergone. Nevertheless I declined there offer because there service wasn't bad, it was appalling and corrupt, it was depraved and unscrupulous and sought to end this flawed contract. Despite my point of view about Cell C, I continued payment under a signed contract. Now I have hit a second wall with this shocking mobile cell phone company. I was unaware of insufficient funds in my account; however as soon as I was made aware of my account I made a deposit via eft to Cell C. Then immediately I sent proof of payment; I then also sent them a text message regarding my account status.

Despite it all, Cell C still deducts two amounts R247.00 and I have been threatened via endless text messages that Cell C are also going to deduct an additional R70.00 for late payment. At what point is enough, enough? This is far beyond there appetite for the "love of money", this is their bottom line - greed!
