I reported Cell C on 28 June 2013 regarding a laptop contract which does not have network coverage in my area. Cell C agent called me and requested me to complete a form, which i did. Its been three months now and i spend most of time on the phone making follow ups and its so frustrating. Every month my account is debited over something that i'm not using. I'm at a point where i dont know what to do since Cell C is unable to resolve my query. All i want is for Cell C to cancel the contract. It saddens me to think that i have been a loyal customer to Cell C for more than a decade, i consider their service to be bad to a point that i will never buy their products.
