I made a manuall deposit into cell c's account as I did not have suffient funds for the normal debit to go off. So I made the arrangements for the manual payment and faxed my proof of payment to them. The manual payment was for 31.09.2013 which I deposited on the 11.10.2013. On the 15.10.2013 Cell c debits my account for the same amount that I manually paid and again on the 19.10.2013 and also on the 25.10.2013 and lastly the 31.10.2013. Take note that the only successfull debit was on the 25.10.2013 which I kept the money for the debit to go off on the 31.10.2013 because that's my normal debit date. Now I have incurred bank charges amounting to more than what I pay for my subscription. I also contacted customer care and asked them what am I owing for this month and they give me a figure of R249. That figure is not correct because as explained my manual payment would have brought my account up to date. This is so complicating to explain because of Cell C's mess up and all they will say is sorry for the inconveniece.
