Bad or NO network coverage in area

On 13.7.2012 I started having problems with BIS in my area, I reported this problem on the 16.7.2012 since then up to date the problem is still ongoing. I've already mad 37 phonecalls to Autopage and Vodacom (JHB) together and they just give me a cold shoulder keep on telling me they work on the problem but cannot tell me when it will be sorted. I phoned again 8, 16.1.2013 was told by Brenda to phone back @ 8h00 I phoned back and was told by Maliswane that Elgin will phone me back to now no call received. My BB works fine outside my residential area. I'm paying for a service that I cannot use 100% from 5h00 I don't have access to my BIS.Altech Autopage is my service provider, Vodacom network. I've been with them for more than 12yrs and this is the service I get its unacceptable. I send e-mails they don't even reply back. This is been going on for 6months is that fare? I pay my account each month with no problem they get what they want but I just have to be happy for half of the service I pay for. I had enough mayby now they will do something about the poor and non exsisting service and bad feedback.
