I have been handed to the debt collectors who do not want to understand my financial situation. I have been paying a 24 months contract for 3 years now and there is no changes on my account since I lost my job in 2008 . We agreed on a minimum pay but it's not making any difference. I was owing R 7500.00 even though I have been paying I now owe Mtn R 9530.07. I don't understand this at all.
