Hi,
I had Virgin Mobile cellphone contract from 2008. I decided to close the contract in 2011 at the Brooklyn Mall branch and paid. Since then I have not received any statement or letter to say I'm owing or anything.
In December 2013 I receive a call from one of their debt collectors to say my account was handed over and I am owing. I really don't understand what's is happening. In my credit report this account has not been updated since 2011 September.
