I received an sms on my cell phone number advising me that my CEll C account has been handed over because I am owing R2 000 and some change. I never recieved a call or email or a letter from my physical address informing me of my account being in areas since 2011 when I called to cancel the contract and didnt get a confirmation letter.recently which is 2 years after I had cancelled that contract then I got the sms from debt collectors telling me that my account was handed over to them.
