In 2008 my Foschini account was handed over to VGV Attorneys. They agreed to accept a payment of R150 per month. I don't receive statements unless I request it don't speak to anyone from VGV regarding this account however I am billed for this plus the ridulous amount of interest. The capital amount on this account when handed over was R7, 663. I pay this account every month and never know how much is still owing. So according to the latest statement I requested, after paying R150 for FIVE years I now owe R12, 131!!! Everyone has debt and try to make things right by making payment arrangement but I think this is soooo ridiculous. I will never ever finish paying this account at this rate?? Is this even right? They even charge interest for paying the monthly instalments!! I just want someone from Foschini Group to reply to this as attorneys are always rude when asking for assitance with these matters. Please help me
