These days everyone wants your money but nobody can give you proper customer service. After waiting nearly 3 weeks of waiting for my laptop and cellphone, I FINALLY received it today. I was already highly off for waiting so long. Leaving, they promised that my cell and laptop's sims will be activated by 6pm. 6 came and went. So eventually I decided to phone customer service, only to find out that the sims were never activated!!! Thos has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a service provider and I will NEVER recommend vodacom to any one else.
