I live on Scrooby Road in Ruimsig and have experienced the worst network coverage. I have a Vodacom Voice Sim, 2 x Data Sims, one of which I use for my WIFI. ON the voice i constantly get dropped calls and the data sims either get disconnected repeatedly, when they do manage to connect or they don't connect at all. I have long term contracts on all my sims and can't afford to spend another day with these frustrations. I went to Vodacom in Clearwater to complain and they called the technical department to come out to my place to fix the matter. All I have thus far is an sms from them saying "we are aware of the problem in your area and will be in touch" - haven't heard anything since. I have been a Vodacom client for over 10 years and I think the time has come for me to move on t other networks. I'm obviously not a valued customer.
