So last week I upgrade on my RBM 200 to a Galaxy Nexus. For a week I hear nothing, so I phone them yesterday.
This is what followed: They say have no record of me upgrading, but they will upgrade me now and make sure I have my phone by Monday. Now I can't get the Nexus, the deal ended. I point out it is still on the website and the lady says she will put me on hold and go check. I get cut off, the lady phone's me back, and says I can get the deal.
We start the whole process... turns out they have no more stock. It is a 2 to 3 week wait.
I all fairness, the lady who tried to help me the seconds time really did try hard. But it is unacceptable that they lost my order and now I cannot get an upgrade at the same cost with a similar specification phone. And when I first upgraded they had stock
