WAITING A WEEK FOR A SIM SWAP

ITS BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I VISITED THE VODACOM SHOP IN GEORGE TO GET A SIM SWOP DONE. MY MOTHER AND I WERE UPGRADING SIMULTANEOUSLY, AND THE CONSULTANT ASSURED US OUR NEW SIMS WOULD BE WORKING WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THE FOLLOWING DAY, WE RECEIVED A CALL SAYING OUR SIMS COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED AND WERE ASKED TO RETURN THEM TO THE STORE. I RETURNED TO THE STORE THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT THE CONSULTANT WAS VERY CONFUSED ABOUT THE MATTER AND SAID HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BUT WOULD EMAIL THE SUPPORT TEAM TO FIND OUT AND THEN GIVE US A CALL TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK, BUT THAT NIGHT MY MOM'S NEW SIM DID START WORKING. I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES AGAIN YESTERDAY WHO TOLD ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY SIM THAT COULD ONLY BE DEALT WITH IN-STORE, SO I WENT INTO THE GEORGE SHOP (AGAIN) AND WAS TOLD (AGAIN) THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SIM AND AN EMAIL WOULD BE SENT TO THE SUPPORT TEAM. I WAS PROMISED THAT MY SIM WOULD BE WORKING BY THE END OF THE DAY. MY SIM IS STILL NOT WORKING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO DO - THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE KEEP TELLING ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND THE CONSULTANTS IN THE STORE KEEP SENDING OFF EMAILS WITH NO RESULT.
