Terrible service

Upgraded cellphone contract to new iPhone but need nano sim to be activated. Upgrade done via Cell C direct so one has to phone them to have the sim activated. Have spent over an hour waiting for assistance on three separate days. Went into a store, they sat on the phone for forty minutes and still no help. Finally phoned general customer service and left name and number, but no return call. How does one get service?!
