After hasting with their cloud system for just under 3 years at a rate of around R50 000 per month.
The hosted server started to get malicious attacks that brought the hosted websites down.
RSAWEB was unable to stop these attacks with their firewalls. And were well aware that this was destroying our business and that there are other hosting companies offering protection against these attacks.
After discussion with them it was explained that we would have to move hosting if they could not assist.
They were not able to assist, and on asking to cancel the contract they insist that there are 3 months left on the contract.
In spite of the long term relationship and the above situation they are not prepared to terminate the contract early, and so have lost the chance of any further business from us and leaving a bad taste in ones mouth.
