Cellphone contract with no services rendered

I have cellphone contract with the above mentioned company which commenced in February 2013 of a nokia lumia 710 and in May it went for repairs giving an error message (NO Service). It was returned after 21 days as per their turn around time but it only worked for 5minutes giving the same message again and upon communcating with them, they have promised to fasttrack the process which they have not and each time I have to call them in order to get feedback which it is never clear. They took the phone back for repairs for the third time and my concern is that I am paying for a phone that I am not utilizing and I have called them yesterday (09 October 2013) they said they will get back to me because they still need to call Nokia which is their service provider to find out what is the problem. The cellphone has a micro sim that I cannot utilize on any ordinary phone which gets to be loaded airtime of R145 per month from May I have not been using this services and the airtime expires after 60 days of not being used on top of the fact that I am struggling to get them to give me an update and a way forward on the cellphone I have to still start with another query on the airtime as well.
